Lake Manyara, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater – 6 Days Safari

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the lodge and prepare for the exciting safari ahead. Your guide will brief you about the journey and what to expect during the adventure.

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a beautiful park located at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. The park is famous for its lush forests, large elephant populations, flamingos, and the rare tree-climbing lions.

Enjoy a game drive through diverse habitats including forests, open grasslands, and the lakeshore. You may spot baboons, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, and numerous bird species throughout the day.

Later in the evening, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay near Lake Manyara or Karatu.

After breakfast, continue your safari journey towards the legendary Serengeti National Park. Drive through the beautiful highlands and conservation areas while enjoying spectacular scenery along the way.

Arrive in Serengeti in time for an afternoon game drive across the endless plains, home to abundant wildlife including lions, cheetahs, elephants, leopards, wildebeests, and countless antelope species.

Enjoy dinner and overnight at a safari lodge or tented camp in Serengeti.

Spend a full day exploring Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. The Serengeti is renowned for its incredible wildlife concentrations and breathtaking landscapes.

Your guide will take you through different areas of the park in search of predators and large herds of animals. Depending on the season, you may witness part of the Great Migration, one of the world’s most spectacular wildlife events.

Enjoy picnic lunch in the bush before continuing with wildlife viewing activities. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early morning game drive and breakfast, depart Serengeti and proceed towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, enjoy more wildlife sightings and scenic landscapes.

Arrive at the crater rim in the afternoon where you will enjoy magnificent views of the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Relax at your lodge while enjoying the cool highland atmosphere.

Dinner and overnight near the crater rim or Karatu area.

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater is home to a dense concentration of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, hippos, hyenas, and flamingos.

Enjoy incredible wildlife viewing on the crater floor surrounded by stunning volcanic landscapes. After the safari and picnic lunch, ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha where you will be transferred to the airport or your hotel for departure.
